Ben Cohen in Attitude

How can you not love gay-friendly rugby star Ben Cohen's photospread and interview, in the October issue of British gay magazine Attitude? He's so hairily adorable.

Design Star "Celebrity" Episode

On last night's episode of HGTV's Design Star, the final three contestants designed rooms for celebrities - Tiffani Thiessen, Jason Priestly and my girl Kathy Griffin. The episode was a hottie showcase, beginning with contestant Dan getting out of bed shirtless, and featuring Mr. Priestly, whom I've had a crush on since the early days of 90210, and Tiffani Thiessen's husband, actor Brady Smith. The guy is in almost every commercial on television and he always grabs my attention. Someone really needs to cast him on a series, preferably one on HBO which features nudity. It was also fun to watch the producers and editors trying to make sure Kathy didn't hijack the episode, which she can do so easily. Her room makeover was probably the least well done, but her designer Antonio stayed because of his personality. I actually don't disagree with the judges decision. Lonni, who was kicked off, did a better room, but she doesn't have a personality that could carry a series. Dan, while pretty, probably couldn't carry one either, unless of course, he did every episode in his underwear, which I wouldn't be opposed to. Plus HGTV already has a hot gay Design Star winner with David Bromstad. That leaves Antonio as the inevitable winner, as long as he doesn't completely botch the final challenge, and I have to admit, in his own sort of way, Antonio is kind of sexy. I'm guessing the accent and tattoos are probably what do it for me.

Make It Two Weeks in a Row

For a second week in a row, Bear Grylls has exposed himself on the Discovery Channel's Man vs. Wild. Is there now any doubt the network and Bear are completely aware of why a good portion of the audience tunes in? I could just really do without all the animal killing, which seems to have increased on the series. Seriously where's the ASPCA? Anyway, here are some pics from the episode:

GQ Magazine did a profile on Florida Gators' quaterback Tim Teabow (story here), and while much of it focused on his Christianity, the real importance of the article, at least in my opinion, was the photo spread devoted to the man's body, and damn what a body it is!

Bear Once Again on Display

The season premiere of Man vs. Wild aired last on the Discovery Channel, and host/adventurer Bear Grylls was once again "forced" to strip bare to survive wading through a freezing cold river. If there's one thing I've leared from the series, it's that if you take off all your clothes, you'll survive anything. Seriously though, I'm now convinced Bear Grylls, the producers and the network realize a good portion of the audience tune in to see Bear's bare bottom. The sequence occured near the end of the episode, but the show kept indicating he would strip, so as to make sure people stay tuned. When Bear did bare all, it wasn't a brief glimpse. Essentially his ass was all up in the camera for a prolonged period of time. Of course, his frontals were blurred, because, after all, we do not want to frighten the children. Lets just hope Bear continues to put himself on display this year, because last season lacked skin, decreasing my interest in the series.
Here are some pics from last night's episode:

True Blood & Ed Quinn

This is a really shallow post, since I basically just want to mention the hotness of actor Ed Quinn on the current season of True Blood. He's playing the Texan vampire Stan Davis, and in every episode he's dressed in tight black clothing that perfectly accentuates his 6'4'' frame. The preview for next week's episode showed him wearing a cowboy hat, which just does it for me. Sigh. I just hope before the end of his run on the series, we get to see some skin from him - at the very least see him shirtless. In general, I'm becoming more invested in the series and am especially fond of the budding relationship between Hoyt and Jessica, though I fear it will not end well. It's just a hunch.

Adrian Grenier's Fuzzy Coin Slot

Photo courtesy of Dlisted. I'll admit it - I'd go after that. It's just a pity he's not a better actor.

What Are They Doing?

Woody Harrelson and Owen Wilson seem to be having a fun time together. I guess they're wrestling in their bathing suits? It's an interesting photo to say the least. I honestly don't know whether I should be laughing or getting turned on. Eh... maybe I could do both.

Dan from HGTV's Design Star

The new season of HGTV's Design Star premiered last night, and already I'm having impure thoughts about contestant Dan. Each of the previous seasons has featured male eye-candy willing to design shirtless - David Bromstad, Todd Davis, Mikey Verdugo. Let's hope Dan follows in this wonderful tradition and starts decorating rooms sans shirt.

Channing Tatum in GQ

The shirtless photo of actor Channing Tatum comes from Auugst's issue of GQ magazine. I'm happy that even on the cusp of stardom (G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra might make him a full blown Hollywood leading man, depending on its success), Tatum continues to do beefcake photo shoots. If only Chris Evans would follow his lead, dammit! Now, I can admire Tatum's ripped look in the spread, but I have to admit preferring him when he carried a a few extra pounds. I'm probably alone in that regards.

A less ripped Tatum, which I prefer

Hardy from Miami Social

Everytime I saw a commercial for the upcoming Bravo reality series Miami Social, I grew more and more convinced cast member Hardy seemed familiar, especially with that name. Then I remembered he was on the second season of Big Brother (yes, I actually watched the program when it first started). He was sexy, in a himbo sort of way, almost always appearing shirtless. I also remembered after appearing on the show, it came out he had appeared in a softcore film. I don't know why, but that makes me chuckle. As for Miami Social, I don't know if I'm going to watch it. Just from the commercials, I can already tell I'd have the urge to push these people off a cliff. Yeesh. Anyway, here are some images of Hardy from his "film." Ha.

Adrien Brody's Man Cleavage

Oh Mr. Brody, we all know you're hot (in an offbeat sort of way) and you have a rocking body, but that doesn't excuse unappealing fashion choices. If you want to show off some skin and make a statement, go shirtless or just wear a wifebeater. You'd get the same point across without looking like a gay Japanese teenager.

Who Needs Sleeves?

A photo of actor Christopher Meloni on the set of Law & Order: SVU. I'm guessing the dress shirt lacks sleeves so his suit jacket has a better fit on camera, or maybe it's just too hot. I don't know, but anytime Meloni shows skin, it's a good thing. If it were up to me, the man would be half-naked on every episode of SVU. That was the one great aspect of Oz.

Entertainment Weekly Cover

Oh Ryan Reynolds, do you ever take a picture with your shirt on? Not that I'm complaining. The magazine was definitely a pleasure to find in my mailbox this week.

New Beckham Ads for Armani

This week David Beckham unveiled his new photo ads for Armani. I find it interesting European athletes are so willing to expose themselves, as compared to American sports stars. Good ole American puritanism! I find the new ads lovely, but I have to admit I prefer his earlier, more... shall we say "stuffed" ads:

Jerry O'Connell On Set of Piranha 3-D

Here's a photo of actor Jerry O'Connell, on the set of his upcoming film Piranha 3-D, wearing a very, very small swimsuit. Hmm... Jerry O'Connell in a revealing speedo, three dimensional piranhas attacking people, Elisabeth Shue - why should I not want to see this film?

Jonathan's and Branden's Backsides (Again)

As it winds down, I'm starting to appreciate the new season of Make Me a Supermodel almost as much as the first. Even without a "Bronnie" this show is undeniably gay. I wonder why...

Also, I started off not really caring for Branden, but he's beginning to grow on me. I mean he's no Jonathan, but even with its imperfections, Branden's photograph made me happy this week. Adorable.

Owain Yeoman's PETA Ad

If only more attractive television actors were to do this... though, admittedly it's kind of a cheat he's wearing pants.

The Naked Episode

Last night was Make Me a Supermodel's nude photoshoot, and I have to admit it was kind of boring. You would expect an episode featuring Jonathan's bare backside would get me excited, but it didn't. I mean, of course, Jonathan had a great rear, as did Branden, but the episode as a whole was on the dull side, even with the hilarious Branden's bleeding testicles bit. At the very least, they finally got rid of Amanda. After saying she didn't want her son to grow up gay, she was obviously going to get kicked off. . You can't get away with being openly homophobic on a Bravo reality series - unless you're an attractive male - coughbrandencough. Anyway some photos from last night:
